Metal Drive Toggle Bracket (Fits La-Z-Boy/ LazyBoy Power Recliners) Easy Install
Fits All La-Z-Boy Power Rocker Recliners
This is a custom machined
Toggle Bracket
to replace the stock plastic one.
This only replaces the piece shown in the pictures. (The toggle mounted on the square shaft, not the clevis that is mounted on the end of the linear motor).
It does not require disassembly and removal of the square drive rod. The only requirement is that the old plastic one must be completely broken off and removed. When doing my own chair, a small part was still on the square rod when it broke, so I removed it with a pair of pliers to crack it off completely.
This piece comes with plastic split bushings to put around the rod for the 3 metal supports near the clevis bracket.
Install it as shown in the pictures using your existing pins. A set of instructions will be sent with your item.
